CheerVue provides a comprehensive platform for managing gymnastics and cheerleading programs, including athlete registration, team management, event scheduling, and communication tools.
2Account Registration and Security

2.2 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
2.3 Parent/Guardian Accounts: For athletes under 13 years of age, parent or guardian consent is required in accordance with COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act).
3Use of Services
3.1 Prohibited Activities: You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Transmit viruses, malware, or malicious code
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
4Payments and Fees
4.1 Program Fees: Fees for programs, classes, and events are set by individual gyms and organizations using CheerVue.
4.2 Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely through our payment partners. You agree to provide accurate payment information.
4.3 Refund Policy: Refund policies are determined by individual gyms and organizations.
5Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using CheerVue, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.
6Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CheerVue shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
